Geometry alignment menu

A remote controller, on-screen display (OSD), web interface (WebGui), or PC tool can all be used by the user to carry out geometry alignment.
The control point is 120 by 68 and it uses a PC Tool as well as a remote controller.

Image geometry alignment and warp

When performing geometry alignment, the user should follow the [2×2], [3×3], [5×3], [9×5], [17×9], and [120×68] sequence in order to obtain a smooth scaling factor throughout the image in all regions.

This function can only be accessed and used through the operation of OSD menus.

W-shape Corner wall Alignment

The alignment function of the corner wall can be used in either the horizontal or the vertical direction. There are 12 control points that are incorporated across the entire edge. Up to +_1200 pixels can be aligned in each control point in the H&V directions for the Corner Wall geometry alignment range. These 12 control points incorporate the corner position alignment for all four corners. This function is analogous to the four-corner geometry alignment in that it enables the entire image to shift location while maintaining the same scale factor. The remaining eight control points are used for geometry alignment with the image of the corner wall. The Edge Blend feature will still be accessible to the user even after the Corner Wall adjustment has been made. When Corner Wall alignment is enabled, all other forms of geometry alignment as well as the Warp function will be disabled.

Adjusting the independent RGB and gamma values in the overlapped region provides a greater range of options for compensating for color banding in the overlapped region.

Nine regions black level uplift

In low contrast ratio projectors in dark working environments, it can compensate for light leakage. Signal processing cannot reduce projector light leakage’s inherent contrast ratio. A higher native contrast ratio reduces light leaking. Laser projectors are better for edge blending because of their greater natural contrast ratio. Multiple RGB exact black level uplift regions (up to 9) in each output channel can be selected. 9 regions can execute black level uplift for a 2×2 edge blending scheme.

Passive 3D application

The UD100 has the capability to decode Lines interleaved, side by side, Top/Bottom, frame sequential, and frame packed 3D from a Blue Ray DVD player into RH/LH eye frames for passive 3D display. The user has the option of using a screen with a silver coating or a standard 2D screen thanks to the various filter and eyewear systems.

Active 3D application

The UD100 has the ability to convert Line interleaved data from medical displays and frame-packed 3D data from Blue Ray DVD players into Side by Side, Top/Bottom, or Frame Sequential 3D format output signal for 3D display devices. This includes FHD 120Hz data for 4K UHD projector active 3D display.
