Milesight Intelligent Traffic Camera
Milesight is pleased to announce the release of the new firmware version 45.8.0.3-LPR-r3 for their Intelligent Traffic Cameras. This new firmware version includes several key new capabilities that will make your traffic management more intelligent, including Curb Parking Detection, Illegal Parking Detection, Vehicle Brand Recognition, and Traffic Flow Management.
New Features
Milesight has introduced a new version of its AI Road Traffic Parking Detection Pro Bullet Plus Camera. This camera is geared toward traffic control applications in parking directions, such as illegal parking management and management of parking on the roadside.
Note:
- The Attributes Identification feature is turned on by default, therefore the parking management configuration does not require any changes to be made in order for it to be used.
- Make sure that the model number of your device is TSxxxx-FPC/P.
Curb Parking Detection
It helps with recognizing roadside parking occupations as well as the time of it. On top of that, the Smart Search interface enables users to search for and export the findings of the detection. In addition to this, it has the capability of identifying the characteristics of the occupied car’s license plate and vehicle.
- It should be possible to detect four parking spaces simultaneously.
- When a vehicle pulls in or out of a parking spot, or at regular intervals, the parking information can be pushed to the back end of the system.
Illegal Parking Detection
It allows for the detection, scheduling, and activation of alarms regarding illegally parked automobiles in real-time. Additionally, it is able to recognize the characteristics of the vehicles as well as the license plates of those who are parked illegally.
- It is possible to detect several illegally parked vehicles from a single illegal parking location, and it is possible to support the simultaneous detection of two illegal parking areas.
- When the alarm is activated, an icon representing an illegal parking alarm will be displayed on the LPR interface.
Vehicle Brand Recognition
Support the identification of car brand attributes and provide users with a greater abundance of information regarding vehicle attributes in order to assist with management.

- Please double-check that your model is an MS-Cxxxx-xLPC and a TSxxxx-xxC (with the exception of a TSxxxx-FPC/P).
- The vehicle brands that can be identified at present are as above.
Traffic Flow Management
Checking the traffic flow status in real-time is now possible in Liveview. This includes checking the status of different lanes as well as different types and sizes of vehicles. In addition, the traffic statistics can be broken down by day or month in order to acquire a more in-depth understanding. Users are able to take control of the intersection and reduce the issue of traffic congestion as a result.
